Hobble Creek Haven is the place to enjoy secluded mountain living while being less than 15 minutes from civilization.
We are a small community that enjoys our mountain views, open trails and being able to see "all" the stars at night.
The Home Owners Association (HOA) exists for the purposes of managing the common areas and administers the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR's) - as per the legal documents that created the HOA. Every home owner receives a copy of the documents from the HOA when they purchase a home in Hobble Creek Haven.
