Review #16: JUN 22 I bought a box of these at LCDH. Just had the first one. Starts of mild but gets much richer after the first third. I will agree with previous reviews about the woody flavor and add a hint of leather. All the way through it was very smooth, without a rough edge anywhere. A classic! – Submitted by aescobar on April 27, 2024
Review #15: NOV 17 Finally got enough age on this box to give a review. I first smoked this cigar in Havana in 2018, it was very young but excellent. I was impressed enough to buy a box. The first third of this cigar was woody with a subtle coffee flavor. The second third had a creamy sweetness that overtook everything. Last third the sweetness subsided and added mocha and nutmeg. I believe this cigar is on the cusp or greater things. I think I’ll revisit in a year or so. – Submitted by Gpayne on January 28, 2022
Review #14: APR 17 Box code EOT, hit and miss with this box, but when its on, its on. Constricution is reliable and no issues with draw and burn. Great woody hikoree notes, with a omnipresent honey-wood sweetness. A tad vegetal on the finish(maybe its still to young). If you manage to find a consisitant box, get it, price is unbeatable for a quality smoke. Great aging potential. – Submitted by Futokuko on April 15, 2020
Review #13: FEB 16 This box has been in my humidor sleeping for 2 years. Easy light and good construction. Medium body. Nice Cuban twang and flavor. Sweet nutty tobacco. This is one helluva cigar for $6/cigar. Highly recommended. – Submitted by wmpevans on June 1, 2019
Review #12: Great Picadores, with 3 years in my humidor. Woodiness with coffee notes and light sweetness. Perfect cigar for the price. Very strong 9!!! – Submitted by Heinrich on March 3, 2019
